Pinlo offers a 120 Day Limited Warranty on all products sold.

You may return the item that you have purchased on our pinlo.com for any reason, 14 days from the day you received the item. Exchange
the same model or a full refund of the item price. No Extra handling fees. You are only responsible for all the shipping costs. If you would
like to return the items, Please contact our customer services through email: info@pinlo.com. Leave your Order no, Paypal / Payment
Transaction ID. We will get get back to you with Return Note Number (RN) asap. Please do not return the item to us without Return Note
Number (RN).

The Return items must be sent back with its original package and in the same condition as you received it, such as including package, parts,
manuals, etc. The returned item must be packed properly so that it will not get damaged during shipping back to us. Pinlo does not permit
lthe return or refund for the customer who configured the products to own specification.

VAT, Taxes and Extra fee
Your local government may charge import duties, handling, VAT or any other extra fee on your shipments from outside your country. You
are responsible for paying any kind of these extra fees.
