FAQs for Placing Order
Ø Q: How can I pay for my case?
Ø A: All orders are placed through www.pinlo.com. We only accept Paypal payment. Please make sure the billing address matches the address on file with your Paypal account.
Ø Q: I want to place an order but when I click on “Check Out”, it does not lead me to the Paypal page, what can I do ?
Ø A: If you encounter problem checking out, please sign out and sign in again and proceed on IE browser. If problem persists, you may send a direct payment to paypal@pinlo.com and leave a note with the order number, address, and what item you have ordered after you make a payment. Please refer to the function of "Send Payment" of Paypal as shown below,
How it works?
1. Enter your recipient’s email address, which is their unique identifier (like a bank account number) in the PayPal system.
2. Enter the desired amount and choose your currency.
3. Select your payment type – either ‘Online purchases’ or ‘Personal payments’.
4. Click ‘Continue’ – you’ll be prompted to log in to your account to confirm your transfer.
5. We’ll notify your recipient via email that they’ve received money.
Ø Q: How can I track my order?
Click on "Active Orders", then you will see all the orders with status, if Order Status is "Shipped", you can click on "Track My Order" to check the delivery status.

Ø Q: I dropped my iPhone and Slice 3 got cracked/broken, can I have a replacement?
Ø A: We are sorry that we does not guarantee the product damage that may result from normal wear and tear, airline mishandling, or misuse or abuse of the product. However, there could be a chance that you might have received a defective product, in this case please send an Email to info@pinlo.com with the order number and at least 3 pictures from different angles of the broken case. Our customer service representatives will assess the pictures and reply to you.
